5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Errors: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayFast, Visa, MasterCard and EFT.
  • Security: Card transactions will be acquired for Hugo Apothecary via an approved payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can view the full policy here. We utilise third-party couriers for delivery. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which can be viewed here. In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), you may cancel your transaction within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided the goods are unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hugo Apothecary or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
