Lemon Peel essential oil – citrus limonum

Lemon essential oil is produced through cold expression of the citrus peel. The rinds are pressed by sponges, the oil gathers in the sponge and then is squeezed out. It’s known to ease anxiety and reduce frustration – diffuse or spray a blend of citrus oils into the room to relax.
